Yes -- I live a little over an hour away, and have had them do all my service for the past 
three years.  Quality of the repairs is good, and tours of the factory are interesting.  
However, communication with the staff in the repair department sometimes can 
require special powers, and prices are not in the economy range.

Many others on the list have used their service, and certainly will chime in.
