Sorry Jim,

That probably was confusing.  I was just wondering if any of the newer
models of furnaces had a brushless motor.  Dr. G answered that.

The literature on my old NT16 shows the option of running from 115V, but it
is done by an additional converter box.  The motor is still 12V (with
brushes).
