[VAC] Re: Update on TV antennae gear replacement

	A few thoughts on the antenna subject. While I do agree that
in theory the original Braund should be the best- I have a huge (15
foot long) TV antenna here at our place, but I can regularly get
better reception from the Winegard batwing style in customers rigs-
even though I shouldn't be able to.

	But- there are other options- when the "auto skyliner" (an
electrically operated Braund) went south on our last trailer, I
installed a Tandy "Mini-State"- you can see it at my website
http://www.bryantrv.com/as2.htm . I think the style fits in with the
Airstream quite well. Note that this is *not* the Winegard omni
directional model- this actually has a rotating element inside the
plastic enclosure, with a remote control to rotate it.
