Hello All:
While replacing a segment of skin from my '68 Caravel, I found an uninsulated copper wire hanging freely. Looks like it was once attached to something. The copper wire leads back to the circuit breaker box. Electricity works with the wire hanging, but I would like to know if I should reattach it somewhere.
Any help greatly appreciated
