One of the gas stations at Yellowstone N.P. has a great photo of what's left
of a motorhome after the gas fumes were ignited by an appliance pilot.  A
frame, some glass and lots of melted stuff.

Some of the refrigerators don't have a shutoff valve....you have to close
the valve on the main tank(s).  If that's the case, you may have more than
one pilot burning, or worse yet, LP gas inside the trailer from an unlighted
pilot.

Just shut the gas off and be safe.
