One of the most common of buzz in radio's in general is a missing or bad
battery. It is not recommended to operate the 12V system without a good
battery. The Univolt output is very ragged and the voltage will wander
all over the place. The sudden application of a load will cause a
significant change in voltage. What condition is your deep cycle RV
battery?
