Hi Denise, welcome to the loony bin of A/S owners. This is the most fun
ever.

For the hot water in the bathroom, sounds like crud, try taking the
aerator off and cleaning it, then you need to clean out the mixing valve
in the faucet. Probably crud in there.

Take the AC to an RV center, they can clean it all out and sometimes
that will do it.
