Scott, just as information ... by the time of the ' 68 model Land Yachts, the table tops were a laminate that tried to match the grain of the cabinetry wood but the countertops were a solid color laminate -- turquoise in the case of my Tradewind and apparently the ' 68 Globe Trotter on the VAC picture site.
