Try to get it down to 50k, and just send it as an attachment
(enclosure).  I see you have your e-mail set correctly, as non-HTML
formatting, so you'll be OK.  An HTML formatted e-mail is actually a
larger file size than your little attachment will be. (A hint for all
those with HTML e-mail)

For those who freak out at enclosures, please configure your e-mail to
display graphics in-line, or just don't click on (launch) anything that
is not a .jpg or .gif .  It is that simple. (no .exe, no .scr)  Or get a
Mac  :>)
