Post on a web page and tell the list the URL. Sending a digital picture
to the group can cause grumbling from those unwilling to open an
attachment and those using a text only terminal and a pay by the minute
dial up line when they receive 100K of random looking letters. And the
server slows to a crawl because it has to send that 100K of letters
(encoding binary in 65 characters) to each list recipient. The bandwidth
and time can be significant.
