[VAC] Re: Flashing Clearance Lights

I knew this thing was there but did not know its function til it came on
mysteriously. I remembered that I had pushed the switch when looking for
the" no lights "problem. The loud clicking that it was making made it easy
to find and when I pushed the switch, the lights stopped flashing and the
clicking stopped.
Since the lights had never been a problem and I had never blown a fuse, I had
not spent a lot of time looking back where all the wiring is - if it ain't
broke, don't fix it is my motto. The problem fuse I found today (right where
you said it should be) was not burned out but was coming apart on the end so
the connection was sometimes there and sometimes not - depending on how hard
the trailer was jiggled. When the lights first failed, they also came on a
half hour later with no reason that we could find at the time. We had come
into the campground on a very washboardy road, which probably caused the fuse
to finally pull apart.
