Jim,

My '74 Santa Fe did not, and it was as aggravating as all getout to hear that pump
short cycling.  The Sovereign had it installed when we bought it, I assume it was a
factory installation.  After all, the Airstream cost $12,000  (Gasp, shock, collapse
on floor!)  Nearly three times what we paid.  If only we could ever afford that kind
of money.  (Wistful glimmer in eyes.)  Maybe the Avion has buffer tubes at the
fixtures?  They certainly are just as high end as 'Streams.  I'm rather surprised to
hear that yours doesn't have something.  Does your pump cycle on and off in
conjunction with the taps?
