Thought I'd pass this link along to a very interestingly modified 31'
1973 Sovereign for sale. Don't know how much it is for sure, but it
correspondence has it to be a fraction of what the costs are to date.  

It also illustrates the point that if you customize a coach too much,
you narrow your resale market, and will almost never recoup your
expenses, let alone labor.  It is also interesting to note that many of
these "total custom" re-do's get sold before they're finished due to
disillusionment and expense.  

Anyway, if you want to have a luxury Airstream with someone else having
done most of the hard work, check it out.
