On my 75 Argosy 22 the water pump leak was from the associated water lines. As for
the window latch leak, that style of latches started in 1969 and continues to this
day. Most likely the leaks are from the window gaskets. That front window gasket is
subject to a lot more abuse if there is not a window rock guard to protect it going
down the road.  The gaskets are a double lip style used on Airstream entry doors in
the early 70's and on the windows from 69-93. It is available through any Airstream
dealer.
