We've towed our 17' Caravel about 2000 miles now with a 1/2 ton Ford
Pickup and a Mitsubishi Montero SUV.  We will not be adding an Equalizer
hitch any time soon, as it tows rock steady - even better since using
the Montero.

If I was towing something again as large as 22' or longer, or maybe
4000# or more, then I'd be adding it.
