Have you checked into your local "Mattress Factory" or "Verlo," either of which
build custom inner spring mattresses at reasonable prices.  They built the mattress
I presently sleep on, and I plan to have them build my Airstream replacement
mattresses when the time comes.  Have not gotten quotes on that job, however.
