Re: [VAC] Marker light grounding. New idea tested.

There might have been some Vulkem around the edges of the lights, but
there was a big wad of plumber's putty to fill the wiring access holes.

Its important to remove the plastic behind the ground strap, or the cure
won't be permanent. The plastic will shrink away from pressure and make
a bad connection again. I'll make a drawing some day soon.
