Re: [VAC] greetings/fulltiming

and magazines upon magazines......Heh,heh...don't let him fool you
folks....it's all in the front of his pick-up...don't even think of opening
the passenger door or you'll be in an avalanche....LOL

Jim, I think everyone has something to contribute in regards to whatever
they've learned participating in whatever their personal lifestyle.....read,
listen, observe...take what you need and leave the rest is pretty much my
way of thinking...so you keep participating even if some don't agree...you
can always agree to disagree.

Learning to live "simply" is the key to fulltiming...but this does not mean
you suffer hardship, or lack of the "good life". You just learn how to get
around it, you become ingenious, you invent things, and small things become
a unique pleasure that you may have overlooked otherwise. No matter what
you travel in, or how much you want to travel, and what you do or don't
bring with you is all a matter of choice. You can shop at your grocers or
live off the land, buy processed packaged goods, or grow/grind your own.
Live connected to the grid umbilical cord or become self contained. Have a
vehicle full of expresso machines, bread machines, blenders, pasta makers,
every electronic comfort of a Hi-Fi Buys...or you can cook over a campfire,
and listen to the music nature provides. You can go "Vintage" or you can
go "modern". You can take pride and joy in working on a "project", watching
something that fell to neglect become whole and glorious again, or you buy
it brand spankin new off the line. What flips one person's switch won't
always flip the other's, and the great thing about it is that nobody is
right and nobody is wrong in whatever choice they make for "themselves"...be
it week-end jaunts or fulltiming.
