[VAC] Drain valves...

I did have another problem this weekend,(any and all help greatly
appreciated)...

When I went to fill my fresh water tank, I found a group of flying ants had
taken up residence in the filler neck.  I vacumed them out best I could but
I would like to drain the system.  With a full tank, I opened the 3 drain
valves under the sink and the three in the rear and nothing came out!

BTW I have a 75 31' International
