A freind of mine in BElize has a 27 ft 1952 or 53 modle which has no holding 
tank aoso it is a tandom axel with leaf springs and no breaks. it is now in a 
permanent location but it carries texas plates dated in the mid 80s 
 questioned about no breaks his statement was that a light trailer such as 
his needed no breaks. He is ahighely educated man with(I believe) no common 
sense.
