Joe,
     The refrigerators were sometimes electric with an ice box
capability.  There were choices available from the factory in all these
appliances.  Some had all electric refrigerators put in as an option,
but that didn't make it a park model.
      If any of you saw the Airfloat giant for sale a while back, you
saw a full sized porcelain bathtub, a full sized flush toilet, a double
porcelain sink, empty living room for normal apartment furniture, etc. 
This is what a "park model" is, a trailer for mobile home parks, not
camping parks for permanent residence.  Airstreams were made for
traveling, vacationing, touring, caravaning, and full-time on the road.
      Some people bought them and moved into them permanently in one
place, but a bigger squared off park model trailer of another brand was
a better choice for that.
