I am pleased to announce that due to all the help
and advice, I found and corrected the problem with my power conveter. As
advised I checked every connection using a multimeter. Today I opened the
converter and discvovered the contact points on the relay were corroded. I
now have 12 power in all cicuits. Thanks a lot to this net and everyone
involved.
