They are almost the same.  I've heard they used stained aluminum and that's 
why they were painted.  The top end caps, front and back are steel not 
aluminum though. I know that for a fact as I had an Argosy.

As for quality.  It maybe be not quite as top of the line... but I really 
liked mine. It was a motorhome and I wanted a trailer.

Yes, I believe so.... if not it should.

The good news is they are a bit less expensive than Airstreams.
