I was given a quote of almost $700 dollars to put electric brakes on my '62 
Tradewind.  I think that may have included something to do with the wheels 
that needed to be changed as well, also the electric hook-up to the truck 
which has it's system to hook into already.  Someone suggested I just put a 
whole new axle on the trailer.  I hope to pursue this more today.  The 
retired guy whose family used to own the airstream dealership down here 
doesn't have a phone number listed for his repair business on this shop so I 
hope to catch him during business hours.  Maybe he can fix my "flowing 
fountains water system", with brakes and water I just might be able to head 
for the ocean for a maiden voyage!
