Steele, I bit the bullet and had Airstream install a new A/C unit and a drip
pan. It was more expensive, but I am very happy with the installation. It
came down to experience. I figured that the odds of the A/S dealer's
mechanic doing a job that I would be happy with was better than that of my
local guy. An added plus is that all drips are under the trailer, not down
the side.
