Jim,

I agree....when the old Univolt finally gives out I'm sure that I'll 
replace it with something that makes less noise.
On my Bambi that has no charging system, unless it's hooked to the truck,
many times the battery got so low that the lights dimmed right down to 
nothing......then with a 3 amp. charger hooked up it recovers and is fine. 
I'm on my 5th year on this battery. I'm just seeing how long this battery, 
a front mounted one, will last. I'm not concerned much as I can just hook 
up the truck if I need more juice. Yes I'm careful not to run down the 
truck's battery.
One of these years I plan on going solar on the Bambi and the 31ft. But
until then.........
