Jason,
Welcome to the growing number of people who have re-discovered Silver
Streaks.  There are a number of suppliers for old trailers, though
they don't seem to have much for "Silver Streaks".  You mentioned
replacing the floor, that will be quite a problem.  Are you sure it
needs replacement?  Do you still have the "Black Water" tank that was
installed in the bathroom?  If you still have the tank and dump
fittings, a new RV toilet should not be too much of a problem.
Good luck with your restoration, I'm sure you will enjoy your SS.
