Thanks Ralph for replying, I've noticed they built the walls right on top of 
the deck. Good construction! but I can see the effort it's going to take to 
replace it. I definitely have to replace it at the rear of the trailer as 
the floor basically fell apart from rot. i believe the blackwater tank is 
gone -- if it's there it would've been at the back of the trailer below the 
bathroom?
