Joe,
Draw is extremely slight, battery should last a couple of months with that 
draw. Go for it. Don't worry about the list. Just check your junk and mark 
it ok if you find it there. Then all will be ok from then on. Email programs 
mark everything new as junk or spam. It's no big deal. Just fix it.
