Apparently some on the list are not receiving messages sent out from the
list.
There has not been a great volume of messages over the past several days, but
the list is up and running.
The problem appears to be that some Internet Service Providers (ISP) are
blocking the messages as spam.
I will be sending out a separate offlist message to all of you, asking if you
are receiving these messages. If you are, you don't have to bother replying
