Eddie: Where exactly are the fuses that I need to check?? If the breaker
is tripped, where is that?

Tom,?
The most common failures are: lost shore power, tripped breaker or blown
fuse, failed connectors, failed capacitor, failed start relay (Kixon),
failed thermostat, failed selector switch, failed fan, failed compressor, in
that exact order. If the fan does not blow air, the unit will shut down. Try
fan only selection.?
?
There are normally two capacitors. One is bigger than the other. The bigger
one is for the compressor. Smaller is for the fan. There can be one large
capacitor with three connectors instead of two capacitors and in that case
the two components share it. The specifications of the capacitor(s) are
printed on them. If the print cannot be read there are generic capacitor
specs that work excellent.?
?
The fact that you said the unit completely shut off, now no fan or anything
tells me you have probable power supply issues so you must follow the order
I have stated above. It is highly unlikely the whole unit simultaneously
failed.?
