Listed below is the correct link found the the WBCCI website that will
allow you to listen to the 6-26-07 Executive and Board meetings in which
the VAC annual report was reviewed. I have listened to this and am in
the process of drafting a response that I feel is necessary to answer
some of the questions Region 5's President has regarding that report and
the VAC activities under my presidency. The VAC Annual Report can be
found in the current VA or if you contact me at eemerick@new.rr.com I
