Well, that does show that the refer is working.   Does the freezer make ice?  
If it won't, then you have an issue with efficiency, and can be dirty evaporator 
coils, or poorly adjusted flame or bad air draw up across the coils.

The heat extraction tubing is just in the freezer compt on this model, with the 
idea that is where it needs to be the coldest, and other warmer air in the box 
will draw upwards to the freezer coils as the colder air sinks.

Also, check the door seals, it could be drawing in warm outside air.

Biggest problem with going new is that there is no drop-in replacement - cabinet 
modification is required.
