So, what our "Presidente" is saying is that if you do not pay the extra
bucks,
You are not "ELITE" enough to be considered vintage and you belong with
the common
Wet-backs. Have he considered the fact that some people like and enjoy
the summer
or that it does not make sense to pay extra if you do not have a AC
(which will be
the only reason why one would like 30amp. I supposed that if I want to
visit my
Fellow VACERS, I would have to carry a WBCCI passport.
