I would assume that Airstream still makes a kit to reinforce that rear of 
the trailer - you just need to check to see if one has been installed 
already and check to make sure the frame is strait and true.  The whale 
tail fix was for rear end separation - not necessarily a result of frame 
droop.  To see if the frame has separated, jump up and down on the rear 
bumper and see if everything is nice and tight, if not, rear has separated
