If they just took out the window glass, it is easy - single strength glass or tempered 
glass (your choice) from the glass shop, glazing and bedding seals from 
VintageTrailerSupply.com, and screen window extrusion, fittings and screen from the 
hardware store.

If they removed the whole openable window section, then you are into trouble. Only option 
then is to have a metal fabricator (welding shop, etc) make one up from stock extrusions 
using one of you windows as a guide.  Other option is to replace it with a Jalousie window 
(looks appropriate and rather nice).
