[VAL] Moving battery from rear to tongue

    There are two reason to stick with the original design. One is that the heavy wires are 
there, you don't have to pull new ones or worry about any changes. The second is that a battery 
inside will work better than a battery outside in cold weather. There are two possible solutions 
to the worries about fumes. One is to purchase a vented battery box, which are avaibable on the 
internet, just google it. The second is to buy one of the new, sealed batterys, just make sure 
you have a modern charger that will not overcharge it or your money will be down the drain.
