It's a 1977 26' Argosy. I talked with him today. He supposedly has someone 
interested in it. He bought the trailer to park at a river lot. The trailer 
sat for a year, but when they never got power ran out there he decided to 
bring it back home. He said the awning parts are there but no awning, A/C 
works but makes noise. Hot water heater want light, he's not sure about the 
heater.
Other than that he says it's in great shape. If your interested you can call
