A lot of us use a cell phone antenna mounted outside of the trailer and that often will make the difference between connecting and not. Hunter and I use a trucker's cell phone antenna, I just hook mine on the rain gutter but Hunter had hers mounted. I cant' remember the brand right now, maybe Hunter will tell. Daisy
