Dan-
We use a dehumidifier designed for marine use. It's made by Arrow 
Pneumatics, and it's physically the smallest dehumidifier I could find. 
It does a reasonably good job keeping the moisture level at acceptable 
levels. It's most difficult getting dry air to the back of the closets 
and below the beds. Vintage Airstreaming in cold weather takes a fair 
bit of effort in this regard.
