GCWR is the _total_ of the GVWR and the max trailer towing weight.Since you 
already know the GVWR of the 4Runner, just add 7,000# to get the GCWR.

That last figure should include _all_ the stuff you normally put in the 
trailer and vehicle, including water, food, clothing, etc.  Never exceed 
that number.

Shorter wheelbases tend to be less stable when towing, if there are radical 
maneuvers.  Like sudden corrections due to trying to dodge an obstacle or 
get off the shoulder..  Sometimes the tail ends up wagging the dog.
