[VAL] Meaningful Post Subject Line

Rik,

Thanks for that "meaningful" reminder.  It is indeed quite frustrating
when those of us who get the VAL in digest form to have have to scroll
through sometimes the entire previous day's postings before we get to
the meat of what we want to read.  It isn't that hard, and would make it
a lot easier for all of us, especially those dialing up from outside to
get their e-mail on via cell phone.

Thanks again for the reminder and I wish everyone on the list a very
happy holiday season.
