[VAL] Meaningful Post Subject Line

It would be a big help if folks who get their VAL email in digest form 
inserted the subject line from the post they are responding to, and left 
that post in the email, deleting all the rest of the digest. It really 
makes it difficult to follow a thread when some of the responses are 
"Re: [VAL] Digest V3 #80". This is TOTALLY meaningless relative to the 
content of the post.

PLEASE! It is really not that hard.
