I mounted my fittings just under the ends of the track so that I can easily slip the bolt rope out of the track to free the bag for transit. The rafter poles still attach there effectively. I never leave the bag attached when under way. If desired, the bolt rope could be secured more permanently in the track with a couple of screws. Gary Meeker
