[VAL] Door Plate on '67 Caravel

The previous owner fashioned a plate from stainless steel to fit over the
plastic door strike (name?) on the door frame on our '67 Caravel.  The jury
rig can be easily removed with one screw, revealing the original? strike to
be broken at the outer edge where the plunger would be held in place when
closing the door.  The plastic strike plate itself is secured by 4 small
rivets.

Any suggestions for where I can get a replacement?
