My '66 Caravel has, in addition to the locking knob-set, a separate
deadbolt. However, it's not practical as it has a turn knob on the outside
as well as the inside, and can't be locked. The "bolt" is about 3/8" round
into the door frame.  My question: was this standard equipment? I'd like to
replace it with a genuine locking deadbolt. Anyone make one with a narrow
bolt for the thin AS doors?
