Patty,

Yes you can switch back and forth bettween biodiesel and regular diesel.

The only real "issue" is wether or not your truck's warantee will be
voided if you use biodiesel.

Our VW Jetta TDI allows us to use fuel that contains up to 5% biodiesel.
Check your truck's owner's manual and/or warantee documentation to see
if they say anything about it.

While biodiesel shouldnt harm your truck's enigine in any way, having
your warantee voided is something you usually dont want to happen... :-)
