Depending on model & year, the waste tanks are either ABS, polyethylene
or fiberglass.  So, you have to pick the appropriate repair method for
the material.  General purpose goops and sealants look like they work
initially, but will fail with any travel or use (throne sitting).

What looks to be the sharpest way to make these bathroom surfaces look
new is to spray on a new coat of gelcoat:
