Hi Tom, I had the same problem when trying to replace the vent pipe cover in my 65 Overlander. I went to a cabinet shop and they directed me to a local shop that could press and glue any type of veneer onto any width of ply or mdf I Wanted. Instant fake mahogeny. Little stain and it looks great. Earl Peck
