Earl, I put two of these in my 1963 Overlander, and used the screws that came with the fans, dipped in Vulkem. I also used Vulkem to seal the flange against the roof. I did not use a gasket, I believe that Vulkem makes a better seal. Uwe Salwender Orange CA
